Escrow payment: how your money is protected
At booking, the amount is held by BOZA 237. It is paid to the traveller only after the recipient confirms delivery. In case of dispute, our team reviews the claim from the tracking log and rules within 15 working days.
BOZA 237 keeps a 20% commission on transport; the traveller receives the remaining 80%. Options (insurance, customs) are re-invoiced without commission.
